Shipping Policy

Note regarding COVID-19

As a precaution to safeguard the health and safety of our team and that of our customers since February 10th, 2020, our company has implemented a sanitization process prior to shipping by spraying each parcel with anti-bacterial spray that can kill 99% of bacteria upon its exist from our warehouse. Even so, we recommend that our customers also spray anti-bacterial sanitizer (that kills over 99% of bacteria) before being in contact with your delivery as the parcel would have gone through multiple courier partners before reaching you.

In light of the current pandemic of the COVID-19, the normal operation of all couriers around the world has been affected, this includes our courier partners. While all shipments still arrive safely, there can be unexpected delays of delivery. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping Time Frame

After placing an order, you shall receive an order confirmation email, the following depicts the expected processing time for in-stock items:

Delivery time frame = Processing time + delivery time:

Processing Time:  expect around 1 business working day

Delivery time based on the shipping choice:

  • International Air Saver:
    • International destinations – from 7 to 20 business days
    • Hong Kong – 2 business days
  • International Express: from 3 to 7 business days (available only at specific locations)

Depending on the location, custom clearances and the traffic of delivery service, the expected time frame to have the orders delivered varies. We strive to get your Rescence products to you as soon as possible, in fact, sooner than the above stated times whenever we can. We however do not have any control over the speed of shipment by delivery service providers nor the process and time line of custom clearance. They also have peak traffic that we have no control of. Please anticipate delays for orders placed from November to February.

It is not uncommon that the parcels are held by the customs for transit between 2 and 5 weeks particularly during peak delivery periods.

Note that products of the same order can reach at different times as the products can be shipped from different facilities. No change or cancellation is possible upon the sending of order confirmation email. 

Order tracking

All the order shipments can be traced with a tracking code. As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for purchase. For the in-stock items, within 3 business days after the order confirmation email, an email that includes your shipment tracking code shall be sent to you when your order is ready for delivery. You can then track your order’s whereabout with the tracking code . 

What to do if my parcel hasn’t reached me within the expected delivery time frame?

If your order hasn’t arrived after 35 business days after the order confirmation email, please contact us at support@rescence.com. We will take immediate remedial actions.

Preorder

At Rescence Laboratory, we strive to keep one production batch per nutraceutical product at a time to ensure that the quality is safeguarded. We thus regularly allow preorders of our products. It takes usually a maximum of 4 weeks before the new production is ready for dispatch after quality control tests. We thank you for your patience and understanding in our effort of providing products of the best quality to you.
